Today this is my last post from Nairobi. So start spreading the news, I am leaving today. I want to be a part of it New York, New York!
Even now after all reservations, bookings and arrangements I actually can't believe it. DREAMS COME TRUE. That's all I can say.
This trip was planned a long time ago but only now we finally go there to celebrate the festive season.
We had to make few lists: sightseeing list, shopping list, book list, fine dining list and so on. Of course we can't plan or predict everything especially taking into consideration that it is a holiday season and the City is recovering from the hurricane Sandy. Fortunately I strongly believe that the consequences of the hurricane won't raise any difficulties to celebrating. I am sure that it will only pluck up New Yorkers' spirit and unify their community even better.
We will spend Christmas and New Year's Eve in New York. I am very excited about it. I am sure it will be a life time experience but there is another reason why it will be SPECIAL for me and Raad. 24th of December is our anniversary :)
This year I definitely can't wait Christmas to come :)
I hope that we will have the best Christmas experience ever.
